  very bad service. i do not have the best teeth, and need a lot of work, the doctor made more of an effort to make easy money, to not fix my teeth, then help me keep my smile. i went to a new dentist and now have a amazing treatment plan, and he is actual kind to me and nice and not rude.

  If you have ever seen the television commercial with the guy in the dentist chair and another man standing over him telling him what is wrong with him but not fixing it because he is a dental monitor. Well that would describe my experience. Two days after my appointment with them I was seen by a different dental practice that helped ease my pain and got me started on an antibiotic. I

  Each time I called, (first, to make sure they accept my insurance; second, to schedule an appointment; third to let them know I would be a few minutes late because I am a polite person) I spoke to a young woman named Shannon. Not once was she even slightly pleasant. While making an appointment, she kept interrupting me and sighing like taking my phone call was SUCH an inconvenience. On the day of my appointment, due to uncontrollable/unpreventable events, I had to be 10-15 minutes late so I called to let them know. Once again, it was Shannon and she told me it wouldn't be a problem. When I arrived at the office and I was virtually in the parking lot, miss Shannon gave me a call. "Miss Goedde, you are late" she said. So I mentioned that I had called and I was told it wouldn't be a problem. "You said you would be 'no more than five minutes..." something I did NOT say, "... and it is now sixteen minutes after." I told her that I was less than a minute away and was rudely interrupted once more with "We won't be able to see you today" and she then hung up on me. Now, I was unable to actually receive dental care from this office, so I cannot honestly rate the skill of the dentists; however, I will not be rescheduling due to the horrible service I was given over the phone. Yes, I was late, and I understand that. I would have had no problem with them rescheduling the appointment if they had been professional about it. There is absolutely no excuse for miss Shannon's behavior.
