- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After my 12 year old lab, Abby had a stroke, she lost her ability to walk and her eyes couldn't stop a constant bounce. I took her for a ride down memory lane and a last meal, finally stopping at Court Street Animal hospital. Dr. Vanzant and his staff were hopeful that she could regain a good quality of life. I was worried he would send us to Medvet for scans and bloodwork that would be difficult to afford. Instead, he gave her a rather large dose of steroids and said we should see slow progression over the next 3 days. I'm happy to say that Abby has regained her ability to walk and her eyes are functioning just as before! I'm forever grateful to these great people for saving Abby's life!
